Spicy Vegetable crisp savory. Spicy Sindhi Pakora is favorite among North Indians as a evening snack with Garam Garam Chai/Hot Tea.

Ingredients:
½ Cup Cabbage, Chopped finely
½ Cup Cauliflower, Chopped finely
¼ Cup Onion, Chopped finely
4 Green Chilies, Chopped
¼ Cup Coriander Leaves, Chopped
1 Big Carrot, Grated
½ tsp Pomegranate Seeds, Crushed or 1/2 tsp Aamchur Powder / Dry Mango Powder
1tsp Red Chili Powder
¾ Cup Gram Flour
Oil for deep-frying
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all the vegetables, chili powder, Salt , Green Chilies and Coriander leaves in a mixing bowl. Now add Gram flour little by little and keep mixing. Sprinkle some water just enough to shape the mixture into balls.
Make into oblong balls. Heat Oil in a kadai and deep fry them. Remove them on a kitchen towel. Serve hot with Coriander chutney and Tomato Ketchup.
