Time Required: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 Cups Coriander Leaves
8 Green Chilies
Four 4” piece Tamarind
Salt to taste
Method:
Clean and wash Coriander Leaves. Grind all the ingredients together and store in a dry airtight container. Serve this chutney with Dosa or Idli.
Serving Suggestion:
While serving Coriander Chutney, mix 1tbsp of Chutney with 2tbsp Curds/Yoghurt and add seasoning (heat 1tsp Oil, add ½ tsp Mustard Seeds) and mix well.
