I don’t have a pressure cooker, can I cook the Horse Gram on a stove top in a regular pot? I bought 2 lb bag in an Indian food market because I liked the look of it and now I don’t know what to do with it 🙂
Thank you.
Hi Zuzana,
Thanks for visiting. Please soak the horse gram overnight and drain it and let it sprout. Add water and salt and cook on a vessel. It is a bit tedious cooking this lentil without a pressure cooking.
Happy cooking.
