I don’t have a pressure cooker, can I cook the Horse Gram on a stove top in a regular pot? I bought 2 lb bag in an Indian food market because I liked the look of it and now I don’t know what to do with it
Thank you.
Hi Zuzana,
Thanks for visiting. Please soak the horse gram overnight and drain it and let it sprout. Add water and salt and cook on a vessel. It is a bit tedious cooking this lentil without a pressure cooking.
Happy cooking.
