Dill and Cucumber side dish. This side dish goes will with any type of Indian Bread or with Rice. Very easy to make and takes less time.

Ingredients:
2 Cucumber
1 bunch Sabsige/Dill leaves
1tbsp Oil
1tsp Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
2tsp Chili Powder
2 Red Chilies, Broken
1tsp Jaggery/Molasses
¼ Fresh Coconut, Grated (Optional)
Salt to taste
Method:
Dice Cucumber along with the skin. Clean, wash and chop Dill. Heat Oil, add Mustard Seeds when they splutter add Red Chilies, Turmeric Powder, and Cucumber. Stir for a minute.
Add Dill and mix well.
Add Chili Powder, Salt and Jaggery and little water.
Close the vessel. Cook for 3 minutes on low flame. Open the lid and add Coconut and mix well. Remove to a serving dish.
Serve with Chapathi or Phulka.
