Ingredients:
3 Cups Chinese Cabbage, Shredded
1 Cup Capsicum
3 – 4 Dry Red Chilies
1tbsp Ginger Juliennes
2tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Chop Capsicum into thin strips. Chop each dry Red Chili into 3 to 4 pieces. Heat Oil and add Ginger, Red Chilies, Cabbage, Capsicum and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Add Salt and toss. Remove to a serving dish and serve Chinese Cabbage Stir Fry with boiled rice.
