A chutney prepared using steamed Chilies..this Chutney is popular in Coorg District.
Time Required: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
8 – 10 Green Chilies
10 – 12 Garlic Pods
1tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
1tbsp Tamarind Pulp
Salt to taste
Method:
Steam Green Chilies. Grind steamed Chilies along with other ingredients to a paste. Remove Steamed Chilies Chutney to a serving bowl and serve with Akki UbbaRotti.
