This colorful raitha aptly named as Rangeela Raitha is prepared using the king of fruits Mango. Rangeela Raitha is ideal to enjoy as a snack or as an accompaniment with Roti / Indian bread or Paratha / Stuffed Bread.

Ingredients:
2 cups Curds/Yoghurt
1tsp Chaat Masala
½ tsp Roasted Jeera/Cumin Powder
½ Cup Pomegranate Seeds
½ Cup Ripe Mango Cubes or Aam Papad / dried Mango pulp
2 Sprigs Coriander Leaves, Chopped
2 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste

Mix all the ingredients together, chill and serve.
