A side dish prepared with Spinach and Baby corn.

Ingredients:
1 Big bunch Spinach, shred into pieces
1 Onion, Chopped finely
4 Baby Corn, Cut into roundels
½ tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
½ tsp Garlic Paste
½ “Ginger, Chopped finely
2 Green Chilies Slit
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Kasoori Methi / Dry Fenugreek leaves
1tbsp Oil
½ tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil Baby corn. Heat Oil and add Cumin Seeds, when they splutter, add Garlic, Ginger and Onion and sauté. Add Green Chilies, Turmeric Powder, Baby corn and Spinach and stir fry for a minute. Next add Kasoori Methi, Sugar and Salt and stir for another minute. Remove to a serving dish and serve hot Chota Bhutta Palak with Rotis or Parathas
