Time Required: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
6 – 8 Salt Biscuits
1 Tomato, Chopped
1 Onion, Chopped
½ Capsicum, Chopped
½ Cucumber, Chopped
1 Green Chilies, Chopped
2 sprigs Coriander Leaves, Chopped
1tbsp Roasted Peanuts (Optional)
Juice of 1 Lemon
A pinch of Sugar
Salt to taste
Method:
Break the biscuits into big and small pieces. Mix all the ingredients except for biscuits in a salad bowl. Just before serving add the biscuits and toss.
