Mango churned with sugar and yogurt. A refreshing and thirst quenching drink.
Time Required: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 ripe Mango
2 Cup Curds / Yoghurt
4tbsp Sugar
A pinch of Salt
Method:
Peel the Mango and chop the flesh into pieces. Throw away the stone. Churn Mango, Curds, Sugar and Salt in the blender for 20 seconds. Chill for an hour. Pour into glasses and serve.
I really love smoothies, especially mango smoothies. Most smoothie recipes I make literally have mangoes for base ingredients, lol! I simply love the flavor and the color, too! My latest discovery is mango with coconut meat smoothie. You have to choose the really soft meat of coconut, adding a little of its juice also makes it even better. Mango and banana is also one of my favorites!
