This side dish is prepared in North Karnataka and Maharashtra. Capsicum with the nutty flavor of peanuts makes this dish very tasty and unique.
Time Required: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Capsicum, diced
2tsp Roasted Peanuts / Groundnut powder
2tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds Powder
2tsp Roasted Black gram dal powder
1tsp Red Chili Powder
Juice of ½ Lemon
2tbsp Fresh grated coconut
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat Oil and add Mustard Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Curry Leaves and Hing. Add Capsicum and sauté for a minute or two. Add all the powders and mix well. Add Salt and Lemon Juice and mix well. Serve with Indian Bread.

Nodake chennagi kanta ide. Try madtini. I use besan for this.
Alka, do try with groundnuts, the taste is entirely different from using Besan.
