Salsa is raw vegetables combined with a spicy dressing is a tasty accompaniment with Nachos or Potato chips.

Ingredients:
2-3 Tomatoes
2 Onions
2-3 Cloves Garlic
1 Big Capsicum, Chopped finely
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
1½ tbsp Vinegar
2 Green Chilies, Chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Char one Tomato on fire, peel it. Grind the charred Tomato along with one Onion to a paste. Chop the other Onion finely. Mix Tomato paste and chopped Onion in a mixing bowl. Add finely chopped Garlic, Green Chilies, Capsicum, Coriander, Salt and Vinegar. Mix well and serve with Bread toast, Potato Wafers, Tacos or Nachos.

Instead of adding capsicum add a fruit like mango, peach or nectarine. add plenty of cilantro leaves. use lemon drink powder a tsp. of this.
