Fruits tossed in spices. A favorite street snack, Mixed Fruit Chaat is especially refreshing after a long shopping spree!
Ingredients:
1 Apple
1 Guava
1 Cup Pomegranate
1 Banana, (Use 3 Bananas if they are small)
1 Pear
1 Orange
Pepper and Salt to taste
1 tsp Chaat Masala
Juice of ½ Lemon
Method:
Dice Apple and Guava. Peel Pear and chop it. Peel Orange and remove the segments. Remove the skin of the segments. Peel Banana and cut into roundels. Mix all these fruits along with Pomegranate, Pepper, Salt, Chaat Masala and Lemon juice. Serve immediately.
