Spring Onion Flowers is very easy to make with easy to find materials.
Materials required:
6 – 8 Spring Onion, ensure that the bulb is big
Knife
Method:
Peel the outer layer of the spring onions and the roots.
Slice thinly the bulb towards the leaves, as close as possible.
Turn the bulb and start to slice again. The bulb is sliced into squares and the layers of the bulb opens like a flower.
Dip the cut ends in iced water for some time.
You will see that the bulb opens up to a beautiful flower.
Use for garnishing or to make an arrangement on the buffet table.
