Pressing fresh flowers and making art out of it was one of the hobbies of the Victorian era. Here I have shown the method of making wall hangings using pressed flowers.
Materials Required:
1 – Chart and Hand Made Papers
2 – Fevicol (Glue)
3 – Scissors
4 – Pressed Flowers
5 – Compass and Pencil
Method:
Draw a circle using compass in the middle of a square sheet of paper. On the circle glue the pressed flowers and leaves in any desired designs as shown in the picture below.
Take another sqaure piece of chart paper in a contrasting color from the first and draw the same size circle in the center of the paper. Cut the circle and remove it. Now glue this over the stuck flowers sheet as shown in the picture below.
Frame the sheet and hang it on the wall.
