- Soak the chopped brinjals in salted water for 30 minutes to 1 hour to remove the bitterness. Sieve the water before use.
- While tying puffed rice laddoos, smear some Rice flour on your palms, the puffed rice will not stick to your hand and you can give a good shape to the laddoos.
- Mix Asafoetida with little water and make children drink once a month to cleanse the stomach.
