I heard of Chitranna Dosa in Doddballapur bus stand restaurant. We stopped for breakfast there while going to Lepakshi. People were relishing Dosa stuffed with Lemon Rice!

Ingredients:
Dosa Batter
Chitranna / Lemon Rice
Chutney Powder
Method:
Take a ladleful of Dosa batter and spread it thinly on a heated pan. Lower the heat and cook for 5 seconds. Add 1tbsp of Oil all around the Dosa.
Sprinkle Chutney powder all over the dosa. Add some more oil in the middle and around. Let it cook until it becomes golden brown and roasted.
Flip it over and roast for 3 seconds.
Flip it back and add a spoonful of Lemon Rice on one half of the Dosa.
Fold the Dosa in the middle to cover the Lemon Rice. Remove to a serving dish.
Add a dollop of butter and serve hot with Chutney.
I have roasted for a longer time to get a crisp texture. You quickly turn the dosa, if you want a softer version of the dosa.
