Caution for dieters: Needs more oil for roasting

Ingredients:
1 Bowl Dosa Batter
Oil for roasting
Method:
Take a ladleful of Dosa batter and spread it thinly on a heated pan. Lower the heat and cook for 5 seconds. Add 1tbsp of Oil all around the Dosa. Add some more oil in the middle and around.
Let the Dosa turn brown and crisp. Now increase the heat and cook for 30 seconds. Roll the Dosa on the spatula and transfer to a plate.
Serve hot with your choice of Chutney and Sambar (lentil broth).
