Crepes prepared using Raw Jackfruit. This dish is known as Halasinakayi Dose in Kannada.

Time Required: 20 Minutes + Soaking time
Ingredients:
1 Cup Raw Rice
1 Cup Raw Jackfruit segments without seeds
½ Cup Grated Coconut
2 Green Chilies
Salt to taste
Method:
Soak Rice for 4 hours. Grind Rice with Jackfruit, Coconut, and Green Chilies to a smooth batter.
Add Salt to the batter and mix well.
Heat a Tava and pour a spoonful of batter and spread in a concentric circle.
Add Oil and roast both sides.
Serve hot with Chutney or Chutney Powder.
