Uddu Rava Dosa – Semolina Crepe Recipe – Urad Dal Rawa Dosa Recipe

Crepes prepared using Semolina and Split Black Gram. Uddu Rava Dosa is tasty as well as healthy.

Time Required: 20 Minutes + Soaking time and Fermentation time
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
½ Cup Urad Dal/Split Black Gram
1½ Cup Rava/Sooju/Semolina
2 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
Few Curry leaves, Chopped finely
Few springs Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
Salt to taste

Method:
Soak Urad Dal for 3 to 4 hours.  Grind to a batter and add Semolina and mix well.  Add water if the batter is too thick.  Keep it aside for 5 to 6 hours.

Add Salt, Green Chilies, Curry leaves and Coriander leaves to the batter and mix well.  Heat a griddle and pour a spoonful of the batter over it and spread it thinly using the bottom of the spoon in concentric circle.  Add a teaspoon of oil all over it and roast it on both the sides.  Serve with Chutney.
