Ingredients:
Few slices of your choice of Bread
1 Cup Sandwich chutney
2 tbsp Sandwich masala powder
1 Cup Green, Red, Yellow Capsicum (Peppers), chopped
1 Onion, sliced
1 Cup Chopped string Beans
1/2 Cup Peeled and chopped Carrot
6 to 7 Boiled and peeled Potatoes
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil Beans and Carrot and keep aside. Dice Potatoes and keep aside. Remove the Bread slice edges.
Heat butter in a pan, add capsicum and sauté for a minute.
Add boiled vegetables and potatoes.
Add Sandwich masala and Salt. Toss. Remove from heat and keep aside.
Apply butter on two slices of bread.
On the unbuttered sides spread the chutney.
Spread the vegetable mixture.
Spread onion slices over it.
Place a cheese slice over the vegetables.
Cover the cheese slice with the other slice of bread.
Grill the sandwiches.
Remove the sandwiches to a serving plate.
Enjoy hot Mumbai sandwich with your choice of sauce and drink.
