Cottage cheese and Mint chutney sandwiches.
Time Required: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
Wheat Bread or White Bread Slices
Few thin slices of Paneer/Cottage Cheese
½ Cup Pudina/Mint Chutney
Few Tomato Slices
Few Cucumber roundels
Few Onion rings
Method:
Remove the edges of the bread slices. Apply a thin layer of Pudina chutney on two slices of bread. Arrange Tomatoes, Cucumber, Onion and Paneer slices over the chutney. Close with the other bread slice. Serve Chutney Paneer Sandwich with Tomato Kethup.
