Mediterranean Sandwich

Love the freshness of a Mediterranean sandwich anytime of the day!

Ingredients:
Bread of your choice
1 Cup Guacamole
Hummus of your choice
Cucumber
Lettuce or Kale or Spinach
Olives
Red Pepper
Cheese, preferably Feta
Balsamic vinegar

Method:
Toast the bread slices.

Spread Guacamole on one side of a slice.

Spread Hummus on one side of another slice.

Arrange Lettuce, Cucumber slices.

Add Red Chilies and Olives. Drizzle some Balsamic vinegar.

Top it with Cheese. 

Close the sandwich.

Fresh, tangy, tasty sandwich is ready to eat.

Serve immediately with your choice of soup or drink.
