Amla Chutney is prepared using Indian Gooseberry.

Ingredients:
5 Indian Gooseberries / Amla / Bettada Nellikayi
7 – 8 Green Chilies
1 tsp Jeera, roasted and powdered
A pinch of Hing / Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1″ Ginger, Peeled and chopped
1 Cup Fresh Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Method:
Remove seeds from Gooseberries. Combine all the ingredients and grind to a chutney.
Serve with Farzan.
