This chutney is served as an accompaniment to a variety of dishes.

Time Required: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Fresh grated Coconut
3 Green Chilies
1tbsp Fried Gram
1tsp Tamarind Pulp
1tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
For the Seasoning:
1tsp Oil
1/2tsp Mustard Seeds
Few Curry Leaves
Method:
Grind all the ingredients together to a paste. Add required quantity of water. Remove to a bowl. Heat Oil add Mustard Seeds and when they splutter add Curry leaves. Let the seasoning cool before adding it to the chutney.
Mix well and serve with Dosa, Idli and Vada.
