Garlic Chaat Chutney can be prepared and stored in refrigerator. This Chutney can be used on Chaats along with Green and Sweet Chutney to enhance the taste of Chaat.
Ingredients:
10 Cloves Garlic
12 – 5 Dry Red Chilies
1 inch Ginger
½ tsp Jeera / Cumin Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Lemon juice
½ tsp Salt
Method:
Soak the Chilies in 2 cups if hot water for 15 minutes. Sieve and add to the grinder jar, add Garlic, Ginger, Jeera powder, Chaat Masala, Sugar, Salt, and Lemon juice.
Grind to a paste.
Add few spoons of water and grind again to a smooth paste.
Remove to a dry airtight container and store in refrigerator.
Use as required on Chaats.
