Hirwi Mirchi cha Thecha is also known as Mirchi Kharda and is prepared using Green Chili, Peanuts, and Garlic.

Ingredients:
15 – 20 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
½ cup roasted Groundnuts / Peanuts / Shenga / Kadalekayi coarsely ground
8 Garlic Cloves / Lehsun, Chopped finely
6 sprigs Coriander leaves, chopped finely
2 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat Oil and add Green Chilies and Garlic. Stir-fry for a minute.
Add Groundnuts and Salt and mix well.
Add Coriander leaves and give it a quick stir.
Remove to a serving dish.
Serve Hirwi Michi cha Thecha with Jower Bhakri or Chapathi to give that extra spice kick.
