Coconut Garlic Chutney Powder is prepared in North Karnataka and Maharashtra and is served with Bhakri or Chapathi.
Time Required: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
Half Desiccated Coconut, Grated
7 – 8 Red Chilies
10 Cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Tamarind
Salt to taste
Method:
Grind all the ingredients together to a powder. Store in dry, airtight containers. Serve with Dosa’s and Jowar Rotti/Bread.
