Hurali Pudi is spicy powder prepared using Horse Gram.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Hurali / Horse Gram
10 – 12 Red Chilies
1 Bengal Gram size Hing / Asafoetida
1 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Dry roast Hurali and keep it aside.
Heat Oil and fry Red Chilies and Hing.
Grind Hurali and Red Chilies to a powder separately.
Mix Salt, Hurali Powder, and Red Chilies powder.
Serve a spoon of Hurali Pudi with hot plain Rice and Ghee.
