Buttermilk is welcome during summers. A very healthy option to cool your body after a walk or after enjoying a spicy paratha.
Ingredients
4 tbsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
5 tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 tbsp White Peppercorns
1 tsp Black Peppercorns
2 tbsp Black Salt
3 tsp Ginger Powder
3 tbsp Dried Mint leaves
2 tbsp Amchoor Powder / Dry Mango Powder
2 tbsp Salt
1/2 tsp Hing / Asafoetida (Optional)
2 tbsp Sugar (Optional)
Method:
Dry roast coriander seeds and cumin seeds until an aroma arises. Let it cool. Combine all the ingredients and grind to a powder.
Store in airtight containers.
Add 1 teaspoon of the Buttermilk Masala to a glass of chilled Buttermilk and stir.
