Gojjina Pudi is masala powder used to prepare Gojju a type of sweet curry.

Time Required: 15 Minutes.
Ingredients:
½ Cup Red Chilies
1 Cup Urad Dal/Black Gram split
½ Cup Coriander Seeds
1tsp Methi Seeds
½ Cup Grated Dry Coconut
A pinch of Asafoetida/Hing
1tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Oil for frying
Method:
Fry the ingredients except for Coconut in Oil separately.
Grind these along with Coconut to a powder. Store in a dry airtight container.
