Ingredients:
1 Cup Coriander Seeds
4tbsp Bengal Gram
2tbsp Urad Dal (Black Gram Split)
10 – 12 Red Chilies
1tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
1 Star anise
2 – 3 one inch size Cinnamon Sticks
¼ Cup Dry Coconut, Powdered
1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
4 Cloves
Method:
Fry the ingredients in little Oil.
Combine together and blend to a powder and store Bhath Powder in a airtight containers.
