Vepudu Karam is a masala powder used to make dry side dishes using different types to vegetables like Ridge Gourd, Bottle Gourd, Brinjal, and so on.

Ingredients:
1tbsp Coriander Seeds
1tbsp Jeera Seeds
1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
10 Peppercorns
8 – 10 Red Chilies
1/4 Cup Dry Coconut
3 Cloves Garlic
Method:
Dry roast all ingredients except for Coconut and Garlic.
Combine with Coconut and Garlic.
Grind to a powder.
Store Vepudu Karam in airtight and dry containers.
