Aam Ka Meetha Achar is a pickle prepared using Raw Mangoes and Jaggery. It is that time of the year to start celebrating Mangoes!
Time Required: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 Cups finely chopped Raw Mangoes
1 Cup Jaggery
1 or 2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Coarsely ground Mustard Seeds
3 Bengal Gram size Hing / Asafoetida
4 to 6 tbsp Salt
Method:
In a mixing bowl add Mangoes, Jaggery, and Salt and mix well.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well.
Store in a dry airtight jar.
