Pista Kulfi

Indian ice cream with Pistachios.

Time Required:  30 Minutes + Freezing Time

Ingredients:
2 Cups Milk
1tbsp Corn flour
1tbsp Pistachios syrup
1 Cup Sugar
4tbsp Plain Khoya/Dehydrated Milk or 4 tbsp Milk Powder
2tbsp Crushed Pistachios and Nuts
1/2tsp Cardamom Powder or Essence

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a thick-bottomed pan and boil for 5 minutes.

 

Cool the mixture and pour into Kulfi moulds.  Freeze Pista Kulfi for 6 hours.
