Summer is the season for the King of fruits: Mangoes. The right way to beat the heat is to combine Hung Curds (Greek Yogurt) with Mango Pulp and savor with your favorite bread or with fruits.
Time required: 10 minutes + Yogurt cheese making time
Ingredients:
4 Cups of Hung Curds (Greek Yogurt)
1/4 Cup Sugar (Optional if the Mangoes are sweet)
2 Cups Mango Pulp
1tsp Cardamom Powder
Few strands of saffron soaked in milk
Method:
Beat the hung yogurt with Sugar until you get soft peaks. Add Cardamom Powder and Saffron and mix well.
Add Mango Pulp.
Mix well. Chill for half an hour.
Remove to a serving dish.
Serve with fruits or Poori or your choice of Bread.
