Kharjoor Laddoo is prepared using soft dates, nuts, and dry fruits. This is best served to people who are on diet as it does not use Sugar or too much Ghee (clarified butter).

Ingredients:
1 Cup Chopped Dates
1 tsp Ghee / Clarified Butter
1 tsp Roasted Poppy Seeds
Few Almonds, Pistachios, Cashew nuts, and Walnuts, Chopped finely
Method:
Heat Ghee and add Dates.
Cook until it forms a lump.
Add nuts.
Mix well.
Remove from heat.
Make small balls and roll on the Poppy seeds.
Garnish each Laddoo with a Cashew nut and serve.
