Khoya holige is a sweet stuffed bread prepared using dehydrated milk, nuts, and jaggery.

Ingredients:
½ Cup Wheat Flour
½ Cup Chiroti Rawa / Fine Semolina
1 tbsp Oil
A pinch of Salt
½ Cup Khova / Dehydrated Milk
½ Cup Sugar Powder or Grated Jaggery
¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
¼ Cup Mixed Nuts (Walnuts, Pista, Badam, Cashew nuts), Powdered
Ghee / Clarified Butter for roasting
Method:
Mix Khova, 1tsp Ghee, Sugar or Jaggery, Cardamom powder, and Nuts powder. Divide into balls.
Mix Wheat flour, Rawa, Salt, and Oil to form a soft dough. Divide into balls.
Flatten the Wheat flour ball and keep the Khova ball over it and close it with the flour ball.
On a floured surface, roll into concentric circles.
Roast on both sides using Ghee or Oil.
Serve Khova Holige with more Ghee.
