Mudde Payasa is prepared using cooked Rice and Ripe Banana.

Ingredients:
1 Ripe Banana (Robusta / Pachabale), Chopped
1 Cup Raw Rice
1 tbsp Ghee / Clarified Butter
1 tbsp Honey
Few Raisins
3/4 Cup Crushed Jaggery
Method:
Cook Rice and keep it aside. In a thick bottomed pan, add Jaggery and one cup water. Cook on medium flame until the Jaggery melts. Add cooked rice and mix well.
Add Ghee, Honey, and Raisins.
Mix well and remove to a serving dish.
Serve hot Mudde Payasa.
