Sudha Rasa is a soothing dessert, which can be prepared quickly. Mom used to make this on Thursdays when Grandpa used to have only Chapathis in the evenings. Beautiful memory and lovely lingering taste!

Time Required: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
Half Apple, Peeled and chopped finely
1 Banana, Peeled and chopped into roundels
Few Dry Grapes / Raisins
2tbsp Sugar
Juice of half Lemon
Two pinches of Cardamom Powder
Method:
Combine the fruits in a bowl.
Boil two cups of water with Sugar. Let the sugar melt and continue to boil until the syrup starts to thicken. Ensure that the syrup is not too thick. Let it cool
Add Cardamom Powder and pour the syrup over the fruits. Mix well and serve with Phulka or Chapathi.
