Sapota milkshake

Sapodilla milk shake is often made during the Sapodilla harvest season.  The sweetness of the fruit mingled with milk gives a silky smooth texture.  The fruit is so sweet that you can skip adding sugar.

Time Required: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
3 Ripe Chikoo / Sapota / Sapodilla
2 Glasses of Milk
4 – 6 tsp Sugar (Optional)

Method:
Wash Chikoo and peel the fruits. Remove the seeds. Blend the fruits along with milk and sugar.

Chill and serve.
