Date and banana milkshake is nutritious and lip smacking drink.

Ingredients:
2 Glasses of Milk
8 – 10 Dates, deseeded
2 Small Banana, Peeled and chopped
2 tbsp Almond powder

Method:
Blend Milk, Dates, Almond powder, and Banana. Chill and pour into glasses and serve.
