Longan Smoothie is a delicious drink prepared using creamy coconut milk and Longan fruit. If you use Coconut water, then it is a delicious Longan juice.
Time required: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
5 Longans
1 Cup Coconut milk (or water)
1 Banana
Method:
Remove the fruit from the outer shell and de-seed the fruit. Combine Longan fruit, Banana, and Coconut milk or water and blend until smooth.
Chill the smoothie for an hour.
Pour into glasses and serve.
