Pudina Sherbet – Mint Juice Recipe

Mint juice is healthy and great thirst quencher.

Time Required: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
½ Cup Pudina / Mint leaves
1tsp Lemon Juice
4tbsp Sugar
A pinch of Salt
2 Glasses of Water

Method:

Wash Pudina leaves and boil the leaves in 1 Glass of water. Sieve and add Sugar, Lemon, and Salt. Mix well add another glass of water. Chill for an hour. Pour into glasses and serve.
