A syrup prepared using Rose petals. This syrup can be used as a spread, or make into a drink with water or milk.
Time Required: 40 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Paneer / Aromatic Rose Petals
2 Cups Water
1 ½ Cups Sugar
Method:
Pluck the petals and wash. Boil petals in water. Sieve. Add sugar to the water and boil until single thread syrup is obtained.
Store and use the concentrated syrup to made Rose Sherbet / Juice or Milk Shake.
