Orange Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 Banana, peeled and diced
1 Cup ripe Mango slices or Strawberries
Juice of 2 to 3 Oranges
Sugar to taste (optional)
Salt to taste (optional)

Method:
Liquidize the ingredients. 

Pour into glasses.

Add ice, and serve.
