Makki ka Paratha is an Indian bread prepared using Maize flour, Potatoes, and Cauliflower.

Ingredients:
2 Cups Makki ka Atta / Maize flour
2 Boiled Potato, Peeled and grated
1 Cup Grated Cauliflower
Few sprigs Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
3 tbsp Kasoori Methi / Tried Fenugreek Leaves
3 – 4 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and bind with water to a dough.
Divide the dough into balls.
Roll each ball on a floured surface to a concentric circle.
Heat a tava / griddle and roast on both sides using either oil or Butter.
Serve hot with pickle, chutney, raitha, or plain curd.
