Pudina Chutney Paratha

Mint flavored Indian Bread.
Time Required: 30 Minutes


Ingredients:
2 Cups Wheat Flour
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste

For the chutney:
½ Cup Pudina / Mint leaves
2 – 3 Green Chilies
1tbsp Lemon Juice
1tsp Jeera Powder
Salt to taste

Method:
Grind the ingredients for the chutney to a paste. Mix this with the flour, water and Salt to a dough. Divide into balls and roll out on a floured surface into concentric circles.

Roast on both sides using Oil, Ghee or Butter.

Serve hot with Raitha, Vegetables, and Pickle.
