Saava Aloo Paratha is an Indian Bread stuffed with Dill and Potato mixture.

Ingredients:
3 – 4 Potatoes, Boiled, Peeled and mashed
1 Bunch Saava / Dill / Sabsige Soppu, Cleaned and chopped
5 – 6 Green Chilies, Minced
Few Curry Leaves, Chopped finely
2 tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat Oil, add Mustard Seeds and when they splutter, add Jeera and Chilies.
Add Dill and saute for a minute.
Add Salt and Potatoes and mix well. Divide into balls and keep aside.
Mix flour with Salt and bind to a dough. The dough should be neither too soft nor too tough. Divide into balls.
Flatten each dough ball and stuff with a ball of Dill Potato mixture and close it.
Roll each ball on a floured surface into a concentric circle.
Roast on both sides with Oil.
Serve hot with Raitha, Side Dish, Dal, Chutney, Salad or Pickle.
