How about some Pasta Casserole for the New Year eve party!? Baked Pasta and Vegetables in White Sauce is a complete meal loved by one and all.

Ingredients:
1 Big Bowl Cooked Elbow Pasta or Pasta of your choice
1 Cup Mixed Vegetables (Potato, Carrot, Peas, Beans, Cauliflower or Broccoli florets)
For the white sauce:
1 Cup Milk
4 Pods Garlic
2tbsp Refined Flour/Maida
2tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Processed Cheese
1/2 tsp Pepper or Chili Flakes
1/4 Cup Cheese
Fresh Herbs
Salt to taste
Method:
For Pasta:
Cook Pasta in boiling water until tender, Drain, and rinse in cold water. Reserve a cup of water. Steam the Vegetables and keep it aside.
Heat Butter in a pan and add the Garlic and saute for a minute.
Add Flour and stir fry for a minute.
Add Milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps for 2 minutes. Add Herbs.
Add Herbs.
Add Cheese.
Add Salt and Pepper.
Add Vegetables to the Sauce. Mix gently.
Add the Pasta and mix well.
Add the reserved water and cook for a minute.
Remove to a baking dish. Grate Cheese over it and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with Garlic Bread.
